1964 Ferrari 330 Aluminium Berlinetta
This wonderful Aluminium Barchetta was delivered new in Milan in 1964 as a series 1 330 GT 2+2. The car was subsequently sold in 1975 through European Collectables to the USA, before returning to the UK in the early 2000’s. It was then that the Aluminium Barchetta body was sourced and mated to the 330 chassis. Running a matching numbers four litre Colombo V12, performance is said to be very strong thanks to the light body and 300 HP.
With a worn in patina the car has seen almost daily use where it has resided in southern Europe since 2012. This well-proportioned matching number example is for a true enthusiast and offers the looks with performance to match.
The enclosed black and white photograph is of the vendor with a 250 SWB in period, which was the inspiration to purchase this wonderful 330.
