1962 Porsche 356 Super 90
This European Delivered 356 B Super 90 was first registered in August 1962, and sold through supplying agents Kitner , Lubeck in Germany. The early history is still being researched. The car then travelled to the USA, with the last known keeper being a New York resident in 1985.
A deal was brokered in New York in 1999 and the car returned to Europe where it was extensively restored and sold in 2002 to a Mr Kechierski of Warsaw. Changed hands once more it was sold to the UK in 2011. The car was car serviced by Chris Turner in London, before becoming the property of its current custodian in 2013. Since this time the car has been cared for by a marque specialist, and serviced and maintained as part of a small private collection regardless of cost with bills of over £15,000.
Mechanically its third series 1969 Porsche 912 engine performs beautifully, with the sensible addition of front disk brakes this really is a drivers car. In October 2018 the car was serviced by Roger Bray, this important European delivered sunroof example would be the perfect car for continental touring or a wide range of international events.
